This season we've teamed up with Highland Beef Pastoral a grass-fed beef supply chain servicing the growing US grass-fed market.

The Highland Beef program uses an innovative model looking to change the way farmers and customers interact.

Essentially, this Australian-owned business places cattle on their member graziers’ properties at their expense and provides farmers competitive returns for every kg of beef produced, allowing them to focus on improving their businesses in a capital-free, risk-free environment.

  • After the disturbance to international travel during the last few years Charlie finally caught up with Nicole in person at Jillamatong, a Biodynamic regenerative farm at Braidwood NSW, on the day after Nicole’s leadership training course. Whilst Nicole is a world leader herself in soil science and an expert on all things underground, the topic of soil was a mere excuse to discuss a myriad of other subjects related to soil and landscape, like Bigfoot, introduced animal species, the relationship between love and trauma, rewriting history and the nature of polarisation.
