Charlotte Woodward, 33, is a real survivor. Not only has she beaten cancer TWICE, she has also survived a tumour that was declared terminal. And, if that wasn’t bad enough, during treatment she contracted sepsis. For most people, getting the all clear and being told you can get on with your life safe in the knowledge you aren’t going to die would be a cause for celebration. But not for Charlotte. She suddenly felt very guilty about her lucky escape. As her survivor’s guilt morphed into depression, she faced an even bigger battle. Has she come out of it in one piece?

Here the 45-year-old reveals her amazing journey. From almost succumbing to cervical cancer in 2009, to surviving and embracing the naked yoga lifestyle following a trip to the Burning Man festival in America in 2015.
