Comrades!
This is our first interview and it was conducted on Saturday, 15 May 2021; information from Colombia since then has changed and will continue to change, so please keep that in mind while listening. We received permission from the interviewee, Yhamir Chabur, to upload the edited interview for public access.
Yhamir is a member of the Colombia diaspora, political activist, internationalist, media analyst for TeleSUR English, and is a part of the mobilizations with the Colombian diaspora. He joined us to provide context on the developing situation in Colombia.
This information is extremely important for people to know because of Colombia's role as a puppet of the US empire in Abya Yala. It is also interconnected with the struggle for Palestinian liberation, and liberation for all victims of US imperialism and imperialism in general.
