  • For several years, 73-year-old Francesco Villi, a resident of a Vaughan, Ontario condo, waged a relentless campaign of harassment against the building's condo board and anyone else who challenged his belief that flaws in the building’s design were flooding his unit with toxic fumes and harmful electromagnetic interference.
After multiple court battles, a breached peace bond, and countless confrontations in the hallways, both sides of the dispute turned to their most extreme measures.
For the condo management, that meant pursuing a court order to force Villi to sell his unit.
For Villi, it meant something far more tragic.
In this episode of Nighttime, we delve into the story of Francesco Villi and the 2022 Vaughan, Ontario condo tragedy

  • I only need to walk a block or two in any direction from my home to see a poster pleading for information related to the disappearance of 16 year old Devon Marsman.
Devon was last seen in late February of 2022, and since then there has been little in the way of reliable details, tips, or sightings.
The most significant thing those searching for him have learned is that Devon seemed to have maintained two separate sets of personal relationships. One group his parents knew about and another group they didn't.
As you may have guessed it’s the later group are the people Devon spend his last known days with... and their ever evolving stories have done nothing but obscure the trail left behind.
In this episode we catch up with Theresa Gray to discuss the unexplained disappearance of her 16 year old son Devon Marsman as it is understood on the second anniversary.
