The summer tug-war is upon us.
Wanting to look and feel great in our fruity summer clothes.
At the same time be out with a drink in hand taking in the rays.
I used to think it was impossible to balance the two.
Many weekends in a row of events, what is the point if I couldn’t be perfect?
They would turn into blowouts and destroy the progress that I made that week.
I’ve also stuck to my targets but backlogged 1000+ calories of G&Ts into MyFitnessPal …
Not exactly healthy.
Here are some key principles my clients and I use to achieve body and balance during the summer.

The past two months have probably been the most busy, chaotic, stressful periods I have had in a while…..
Plus getting injured, which is not ideal.
Meaning my motivation, enjoyment, and actual ability to make progress to my training was the lowest it's been for a while.
