Allan Rutman is President of Axis Consulting Group Inc. and a Partner of the Financial Advisory Services Group of Zeifmans LLP in Canada.
Allan has provided turnaround management services to lenders, management and shareholders for more than 30 years.During this time, Allan has provided restructuring services to clients in industries as diverse as retail, real estate, hospitality and automotive. He has also provided companies with interim crisis management services while new executives are being sought. Allan has acted as CRO and COO for troubled manufactures and has extensive experience in conducting viability analyses, feasibility studies and developing action plans and proposals. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
Here we talk to Allan about retail and the impact of inflation. We touch on issues such as retail real-estate and the knock-on effect that inflation is having all aspects of retail around the world. We look at the the challenges that the retail industry is facing such as cash flow resources, commitment for forward buying and planning for future seasons.

Ionut Zeche is the Managing Partner and the founder of Tax Representation. He is a Fulbright scholar, holding a B.A. in Finance, a JD and a MS in International Tax at Bentley University. Ionut has 20 years of experience in Romanian and international tax with a focus on foreign investments into Romania, tax controversy and litigation, M&A and international tax structuring.
Here we talk to Ionut about the formation of the Central and European Family Offices and the role they play within the extension of wealth and the family succession.
