Hour 1
Today's show features Gio & Jerry filling in for Boomer. They discussed Aaron Rodgers' Pat McAfee Show appearance, where he detailed a brief, tense meeting with Jets coach Aaron Glenn and GM Darren Mougey, feeling Glenn was "rogue." Rodgers praised Brian Daboll. C-Lo then provided updates, first on his hiccups, and then audio of Rodgers discussing Glenn. In baseball news, Ben Rice went 4-for-4, Dave Sims called the game, Jazz Chisholm was ejected for arguing balls and strikes, and Aaron Boone disliked his dugout view in Tampa. The Mets beat the Cardinals with Mark Vientos hitting his first home run. Sam Rosen made his final career call for the Rangers. Finally, Kadarius Toney announced his NFL retirement to become a rapper.
Hour 2
The Knicks-Pistons series starts tomorrow. Gio, who found the Knicks' regular season boring due to their dominance, predicts a Knicks win in six but questions their ability to compete with the Celtics, especially considering the Pistons' physicality. Fan engagement is high, particularly regarding Karl-Anthony Towns. A caller wonders if the city's excitement will be lower without the Rangers in the playoffs. Another believes Aaron Rodgers intentionally embarrassed the Jets. Later, after a discussion about martinis, audio of Rodgers' negative meeting with the Jets aired. In baseball, the Yankees beat the Rays (Jazz Chisholm ejected), and the Mets beat the Cardinals. Last night was Sam Rosen's final Rangers game. The hour ended with Gio questioning the Easter Bunny's association with eggs and the quality of his gifts compared to Santa, also sharing his dislike for jelly beans.
Hour 3
Mark Vientos hit his first home run. Sal Licata's criticism of Juan Soto sparked debate, with Gio questioning why early-season criticism equates to "hating," especially given Soto's high salary implying less room for failure. Despite Soto's performance not meeting expectations, the Mets are winning, thanks to Alonso and strong pitching. The Mets plan to play Jeff McNeil in center field, a move Gio doesn't understand, and Jerry views McNeil's energy negatively. Baseball updates included Ben Rice's 4-for-4 game, Jazz Chisholm's ejection, and Aaron Boone's comments on the Rays changing dirt. The Mets also beat the Cardinals. Audio of Sal Licata's harsh criticism of Soto aired. The Knicks-Pistons series starts tomorrow. The hour concluded with a discussion about golfer Billy Horschel signing a woman's welt, Gio's confusion over women wanting boob autographs from celebrities, and an uncomfortable interview experience with former player John Randle due to differing opinions on his playing style.
Hour 4
Last night marked the end of Sam Rosen's 40-year career calling Rangers games, and Lee Corso is retiring from College Gameday. Gio speculated about Howie Rose's potential retirement and noted Gary Cohen looks younger than his age (and younger than Boomer). They pondered if Boomer would continue working until 70. Gio mentioned a possible deceased person sighting, while Jerry recounted a gunpoint robbery dream (which Gio experiences often). The topic of aggressive geese arose, with Al advising against harming them due to their protected status, even during an attack. Later, Gio questioned "GROK" about having a non-sports-fan producer, and Jerry asked ChatGPT about his dreams. More audio of Aaron Rodgers' negative experience with the Jets aired. Adam Schefter was pranked at the Masters with a fake NFL trade report (since phones weren't allowed). Deion Sanders claimed he never did ‘that’ to himself. The Moment of the Day highlighted Gio's Eddie impression regarding Al & Jerry's low YouTube views. The show concluded with a discussion about baseball players' competitive pickleball games. -

Sam Rosen’s 40 year career calling Rangers games came to an end last night. Lee Corso is also retiring from College Gameday. Gio thinks Howie Rose could be retiring in a few years as well. Gary Cohen is older than he looks. Gio thinks he looks younger than Boomer. We wondered if Boomer will be here when he’s 70 (he just turned 64). Gio thinks he saw a guy on the street that might have passed.
-
Golfer Billy Horschel hit a woman with a golf ball and he signed her welt that it produced. Gio wonders why women want famous people to sign their boobs. Gio asks Jerry if he has an autograph experience that was cool. We talked about how uncomfortable it was when we had John Randle on the show. Gio loved him as a kid, but Boomer thought he was a dirty player, so it made for an uncomfortable interview.
-
Sal Licata was critical of Juan Soto and it got a lot of attention. Gio wonders why people think you’re a hater if you criticize Soto this early in the season. When you get to a certain level of salary in sports, you’re not allowed to fail, and if you do, you’ll hear it. So far he has not been the same player he normally is. The Mets are still winning games with Alonso and the pitching really standing out. The Mets plan on playing Jeff McNeil some in center field. Gio doesn’t understand the Mets obsession with him.
-
C-Lo returns for an update, but first we talked about martinis. We heard audio of Aaron Rodgers on with McAfee talking about his meeting with the Jets, which was brief and did not go well. The Yankees beat the Rays, but Jazz Chisholm was tossed for arguing balls and strikes. The Mets beat the Cardinals and the Mets scored a run as Francisco Lindor got hung up in a rundown. Last night was Sam Rosen’s final Rangers game.
-
The Knicks and Pistons series gets underway tomorrow. Gio said he got bored during the Knicks regular season. That’s how good they were this year. Gio thinks the Knicks will win in six, but can they compete with the Celtics if they move on. We also have to think about how beat up the Knicks will get by the very physical Pistons. The fans will be highly engaged now and they are going to be focused on Karl-Anthony Towns and how he performs. The fans have a different love affair with this team compared to last year.
-
C-Lo has the audio from Rogers on McAfee about his experience with Glenn.
-
We started with Aaron Rodgers’ appearance on Pat McAfee where he talked about the brief meeting he had with Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey. He felt Glenn went a little rogue in the meeting based on his previous conversations with the Jets and Mougey calling him after. Everything Rodgers described in his meeting with Glenn is believable from what we’ve seen with Glenn so far. Rodgers had great things to say about Brian Daboll.

Hour 1
Gio and Jerry filled in for a sick Boomer, discussing their health issues, including Jerry's penis camera scope story (with many 'penis' drops from Eddie). Gio predicted another bad year for the Giants and Jets in the upcoming NFL draft, stating Justin Fields "stinks" and neither team will draft Shedeur Sanders. C-Lo gave his first update, likely with hiccups. Dave Sims called Aaron Judge's homer as the Yankees swept the Royals and will play the Rays in their spring training home. The Mets lost their series in Minnesota. The hour ended with news of an umpire hit by a line drive in the Mets game, highlighting the need for umpire batting helmets.
Hour 2
Filling in for a sick Boomer on his 64th birthday (marked by an Al-sung Beatles tune), Gio lamented the Mets' series loss to the "not very good" Twins, citing sloppy defense and a cold, strikeout-prone Juan Soto. Pete Alonso's strong season and contract were discussed, drawing comparisons to Strawberry and Wright. C-Lo's update featured Dave Sims' call of Cody Bellinger's game-ending catch and an Aaron Judge homer. A caller shared a story about giving C-Lo's niece a ball at Yankee Stadium. Chris Russo's interview with Gary Player included a blunt "stay alive." The hour concluded with Jim Palmer's claim of never eating a chicken wing, Gio and Jerry's dislike of lobster, Gio's anecdote about someone unfamiliar with tacos, and Al's claim of never having grilled cheese.
Hour 3
With the NFL draft next week, the show reminisced about past draft shows, including Jerry's interview with a before drafted Aaron Rodgers and Gio's Vikings-gear attendance in his youth, also discussing childhood NFL jerseys. C-Lo's update was plagued by significant hiccups, prompting caller remedies and a story of hospitalization due to persistent hiccups. Chris Russo shared a Robert Parrish anecdote about Larry Bird. Joe Schoen discussed the Giants' openness to drafting a QB if the value aligns. The hour concluded with news of a settled lawsuit where Artemi Panarin was accused of sexual assault by a Rangers employee.
Hour 4
NFL reporters predict the Giants will draft Abdul Carter or Travis Henry, depending on the Browns' pick. The show debated Shedeur Sanders' potential and the possibility of the Titans, Browns, or Giants trading their picks. Jerry suggested the Giants should take a quarterback at three, while Gio prefers Carter at three and a quarterback later, but Gio doubts any Giants or Jets draftee will significantly improve their teams this season. Jerry believes the Giants will draft Shedeur, a view Gio opposes. C-Lo's final update indicated a temporary hiccup cure. The Yankees had an unusual face-tagout play. C-Lo's hiccups returned. The Moment of the Day highlighted Eddie's 'penis' drops. The show concluded with Gio trying to avoid catching hiccups from the ongoing discussion and a debate about ear-cleaning candles. -

Most of the NFL reporters are saying the Giants are going to take Abdul Carter or Travis Henry, whoever the Browns don’t take. We talked about Shedeur Sanders and whether teams think he’s going to be a bust. Jerry would not be stunned if the Titans, Browns or Giants trade their pick. Jerry said if he were the Giants, he would take the quarterback at three. Gio wants them to take Carter at three and a quarterback with their next pick. Gio doesn’t think any player the Giants or Jets draft will make an impact on the team being good this season. Jerry actually thinks the Giants are taking Shedeur, but Gio does not.
