If the thought of that feels stressful, listen to this week’s episode that’ll help navigate those tricky waters. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be everything to everyone if it means you’re overextended. It’s important to focus on your needs too.

(07:42) It’s ok to let yourself off the hook

    Ep 137: Organized Party Planning

Ep 138: When Mom Gets Sick

I hope this episode allows you to take some pressure off yourself, always having to do so much for others if it’s causing you stress. Your time is valuable, and sometimes it’s more important to put yourself first.
