Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all of our listeners not just in the UK but across the world!
This final episode of 2020 reflects on our previous episodes and taps into a conversation about how best to maintain the good work and balance we need for our mental health during any period where our day to day routine is altered. In this case it's the usually exciting time of Christmas that brings this about but for many after a difficult 2020 we may be suffering a little anxiety about more routine change. Hear the discussion and tips, Take some time to relax and tune in.

In this episode trauma specialist Natalie and fitness trainer Benji discuss the dangers of social media and explain how a lack of awareness of its impact on our actions, emotions and overall wellbeing can create unwanted mental health problems that become difficult to resolve or in some cases even recognise we may require help for.

Specifically with fitness goals and wellbeing for Benji and for Natalie, helping clients with ptsd, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self esteem building is at the heart of what she does on a daily basis
