Today's action step is to think about what your life would look like if you didn't see giving up as final, if you instead allowed yourself to notice and evaluate what happens when you 'give up' or skip a day for whatever reason and then return to your goal/routine/habit with curiosity and interest! (Good things. Good things will happen, I promise you!)

One of the things I teach in The Life Atelier? Deciding to be the unicorn.
This became a lesson when I realised that I was really bloody good at getting the results of the programmes I joined. At going all in on the things I decided were important to me.
From being the highest earner when I taught English, to having enormous fun dating to being one of a small group to create the 15 Hour Work Week out of the hundreds of people who thought ‘that would be nice some day’ - how did I create those results?
Choosing to be the Unicorn.
Unicorns mindset shifts ..
✅ Decide they are ready now
✅ Look forward not backwards
✅ Choose the result they want and run through the storm to get it instead of getting steadily damper running away as the storm follows them
✅ Get back up again and again
✅ Don’t judge themselves.
✅ Have a coaching practise, they evaluate, they learn, they implement
✅ Seek out other unicorns and share their energy, like a tree network
And finally? The one ring to rule them all?
✅✅✅✅ Unicorns KNOW the destination will feel like the journey.

Today, a little reminder that YOU are the artist in you life.
Whichever coach/mentor/strategist/entrepreneur you listen to, we're all sharing more or less the same tools, but a different flavour.
The difference behind the tools? The energy.
We can go and buy our paints from a generic paint store, or we can travel to the little shop where the lady creates her paints from crushing mysterious things in her garden.
Whichever tools you choose, you will be able to create magic from them.
And that's our starting point,

I wanted to share my experience yesterday of having a fairly sh*tty day, and then using one of the first and simplest coaching tools I started with - using a pause to create the space to evaluate and then using the app Otter to talk through what had happened, take decisions and then create my action list at the same time!
Clarity is something we create, not something that happens to us, and this pause + Otter is one of my favourite ways to do that.
