  • Between 2020-2022, I put so much energy into my business. I was out there making connections, creating content, building my team, and setting up the firm for success.

    But in 2023, I took a lot more time off. I was still running my business, but I took a step back to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I traveled to multiple continents, took time to reconnect with friends, and enjoyed my move into a new house.

    Still, we brought in more clients than the year before and have been generating hundreds of thousands in revenue every single month.

    And that’s because of all the hard work I’ve put into building out systems and processes over the years.

    One of those systems (and maybe the most important) is the sales system that consistently brings new clients to my firm—Without me having to do all the talking and schmoozing.

  • Morning routines are all the rage in the world of entrepreneurship:

    Wake up at 5am.

    Journal.

    Meditate for 30 minutes.

    Drink green juice.

    Take an ice-cold shower.

    With all the hype, you’d think that a strict 7-step morning routine is the key to your success – but that’s not exactly the case. I mean, I run a multi-million dollar company, and I don’t even set an alarm (or do much of the other items on that list, for that matter).

  • This may be an unpopular opinion, but…

    You don’t need to join the 5 am club, follow some guru’s 5-step process, or check a bunch of boxes off a list to be successful.

    The truth is – success doesn’t come from following orders or following steps A to Z perfectly (unless you want to follow someone’s cookie-cutter formula that may or may not align with how you want to run your business or what you want your life to look like…)

    So, in this episode, instead of giving you another 5-step plan, I’m sharing the decision-making process that has gotten me to where I am today.
