And that is... Not getting clear on their brand strategy.Your brand is essentially the face of your business. It’s the experience that they have when they see you for the first time. It’s the way you make them feel. Rather than just a logo, colours and imagery. It’s the full package of how your business is perceived to others looking in.
So here we unpack why it's important to start getting serious about your brand strategy and getting super clear on what it looks like.Action steps covered in the episode:
