Elon Musk just spent more trying to get a judge elected in Wisconsin than most of us will ever make in our lifetimes. Trump hasnāt been to a grocery store ever. Think about that. The President has no idea what itās like to grocery shop. Heās never been in a Target. A Walmart. Heās never checked the prices of fruits and vegetables. He doesnāt own a car, they are given to him or his company buys them.
They donāt live in our world. So in their trade war, they win, we lose.

This Weekend Terrified Me

We all do our chores on our weekend, whenever that may be. Mine is Fri-Sun. One thing I needed to do was go shopping, as I stopped getting hungry root deliveries.
Oh my God. I mean, Oh my God. $3.50 pineapples. $1.50 oranges. Two yellow squash for $3.
Then it was off to Costco to restock things like flour, sugar, agave syrup and BBQ sauce. $256.
And Iām not alone. Steve spent $300 on food this weekend, for just him, for the week.
I am now terrified that I wonāt be able to afford good, whole food. And no one, NO ONE is addressing this. What does Trump say? āIām not concerned at all...ā About 25% more for cars. About the tariffs and food.
I am.
Also, Gavin Newsom and others are now saying the Democratic brand is toxic because it caters to the educated elites. Wow, is this just WRONG.
