E3 2018 has come and gone once again. I dug through all the mountains of information to find the nuggets of JRPG gold we all want. While news primarily centered around Kingdom Hearts III and rightfully so, there were plenty of other good stories out there. A new Tales game in is the works, Tales of Vesperia is gettting a remaster after 10 years, and special editions are getting expensive.
-
E3 is just a few weeks away so this is our pre show special. We talk about some news around the JRPG world and speculate on what will get talked about at E3.

After a month off we are back for Episode 42. It’s a late night show too complete with an interuption from my 4 year old! The time off was needed to complete my review of Ni No Kuni 2 and I’ll have my thoughts of it. Plus a few news stories too. Enjoy and leave us a review!

The sequel to one of the most beloved JRPG’s of the last generation arrives in Ni No Kuni II. It’s love at first play for me. Hear all my thoughts both good and bad about this stellar so far game. Square Enix gave us a curveball with the Dragon Quest XI release out of nowhere and I couldn’t be more excited. We’ll discuss all that we know so far, plus Polygon.com’s list of the top 25 JRPG series of all time. 100% clean fun for the JRPG player. Don’t forget to follow us, leave a review, and/or become a patron of the show!

Back from vacation and bursting with fresh new news. And some old news too. Octopath Traveler is my most anticipated Switch title and now it has a world wide release date! Final Fantasy releases its royal edition and I’m slaying harpies in Dragon’s Dogma again. All this and more in Episode 40 of the JRPG Report.
-
The JRPG Report is back for a great one hour show full of stories and comments on your favorite games. We talk about Final Fantasy XV as it gets a complete game a year later and when Kingdom Hearts 3 might get a release date. I’ll mention my time with Star Ocean 4 and how I’ve fallen back in love with Battle Chasers. And oh by the way I now have a Nintendo Switch! Tune in for a completely clean podcast full of great info and fun.

Happy 2018 gamers! News has been light these weeks but we have a few things to talk about, mostly from Atlus and Nahon Falcom. And I chat about a sensative subject in gaming: how do you handle defeat? It’s a short and sweet podcast but I think you will love it. Leave us a review on ITunes!

With Christmas less than a week away, I wanted to release a podcast before the holiday break. Funny story included. A few bits of news on Xenoblade Chronicles too and the sad but necessary delay of Ni No Kuni II until March. Happy Holidays gamers!
-
It’s the first of December and we’re looking ahead to the games will be playing early in 2018. Will the stack up to 2017? Will Final Fantasy VII Remake ever release? I’ll try and answer these questions and more on the JRPG Report Episode 36. Please leave a review I’d greatly appreciate it.

It’s November and time for another episode of the JPRG Report, this is number 35. We talk about my trials in Battle Chasers Nightwar and how brutally hard it can be. There are some release dates to mention. And a story about how Final Fantasy XV will never end. I invested some funds into the show and bought a Yeti Blue so hopefully the sound quality is high. Enjoy and level up!

Back after some time off here is the new JRPG Report Episode 34. This show is short and sweet and all about the games we saw at the Tokyo Game Show. Plus I rave about my brief time with Battle Chasers Nightwar.
-
It’s been a month since our last chat and a lot of news has happened. Dragon Quest XI will come west in 2018! I have news about that and other DQ titles too. My initial impressions of Final Fantasy XII won’t disappoint either. Thanks for listening!

After over a month off, a battle with Mono and a hard move into our new home, The JRPG Report is back. It’s short and sweet this week with a focus on Kingdom Hearts III. Hope you like it, we’ll see you again in a few weeks. Thanks for all the support!
-
It’s here again: E3 2017 and its all about the games this year. Stories were light on the RPG front, but we have some news to share. We have the release date for Ni No Kuni 2 and a new video for Kingdom Hearts 3. Plus all my favorites from outside the JRPG realm.
