Everyone knows and I know that you know you have what people call a subconscious or unconscious mind. Less than one percent of people know how to use this part of your mind. And this part of your mind pretty much controls every bit of your life.

In this episode we look at your identity and why you do what you do. You’ll learn that it doesn’t matter what you think you want and it doesn’t matter what you do because you only create in life what you are. Your identity is created from experiences in your life, then you create an interpretation from those experiences and then you tell yourself a story about it for the rest of your life. So, in order to change your identity, you must first ask “What would be the identity of someone who already has what I want?” Look for someone who already has what you want. How many times have you set goals for yourself only to find that you’re right back into your old patterns and you never achieve what you think that you want?
If you’re like most people, that is your exact pattern: Wanting a goal but not achieving it because you can’t shake loose of your old patterns and habits.
In the first sentence I said, “What you think that you want.” What you think that you want is not what you get because you get your habits and they don’t come from the “thinking” part of your brain.
