The Dallas Cowboys had another disappointing showing against the Atlanta Falcons leading to some of us (me for example) to conclude the postseason is out of reach this season. Jerry Jones threw a curveball after the game when the Cowboys 'have some things in the mix' with the trade deadline looming tomorrow. Injuries to Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb further complicate things and we discuss how Rico Dowdle is actually good. Stop being cute with Dalvin Cook and Zeke Elliott, let the good dude play.

The 3-4 Dallas Cowboys are staring at a must win game travelling to Atlanta to take on the Falcons this Sunday. Dak Prescott, who wasn't listed as a top 10 QB by his teammates Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs on Micah's podcast, will have to play cleaner and better football to give the Cowboys a chance. The potential return on DaRon Bland could give a boost to the defense that is tasked with slowing down Kirk Cousins, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, Bijan Robinson etc. What are the causes for optimism in this matchup? Bryan Broaddus of 105.3 The Fan joins to discuss. What are yours? Leave them in the comments!

Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones said the words ALL IN over and over again this offseason and it was never a real thing. He did however tell you the actual plan at one point, we just paid more attention to the fun headline words. They got the Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb deals done just in time, they're going to do the same thing with Micah Parsons. Although the idea of trading Micah is worthwhile, for a couple of reasons that I'll go over. I'll show you exactly how this team was never going to be all in, and exactly when and how they WILL be all in.

The Dallas Cowboys weren't able to overcome the San Francisco 49ers, again. Mike Zimmer's defense continues to be unable to stop the run, the Cowboys can't run the ball themselves despite trying out Dalvin Cook to partner with Ezekiel Elliott this week.
Dak Prescott continues to turn the ball over every week. CeeDee Lamb had a big game but it all stills feels off.
Trevon Diggs hit a reporter with 'deez nuts' after the game.
That's we were are with the Cowboys today. Yikes.

We're finally back to football! Let's take a look at the matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers and how Dallas can get this thing back on track and get the fanbase believing again. We've got updates on Micah Parsons, DaRon Bland, Deebo Samuel and other guys who have missed games and practices and how they will or won't affect the outcome.
Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and the passing game have got to get it back going. Brock Purdy has had his challenges so far this year and will be missing an important piece. How can the Cowboys slow him, Jordan Mason and the 49ers offense down?
And of course Jerry Jones and Mike McCarthy are back in the news because why wouldn't they be? Please smash that like button and make sure you're subscribed!

Bryan Broaddus of 105.3 The Fan joins me as he does every Monday and Thursday to talk about the Dallas Cowboys chances against the San Francisco 49ers. They certainly don't look like world beaters, but the Cowboys are going to have to be a lot better than they've been lately.
The potential returns of Micah Parsons and DaRon Bland certainly make things look a little better defensively, the 49ers should be without Brandon Aiyuk and Christian McCaffrey. Is that enough to make you feel optimistic about the good guys? Offensively can we expect progress as we move forward from Tyler Guyton and Cooper Beebe? If not, how in the world can you expect the offense to pick up? Can the Cowboys establish a non CeeDee Lamb threat for offenses to worry about Dak Prescott throwing to? Can they run the ball better with Rico Dowdle and whoever else?
All the questions coming out of the bye and all our answers, right here.

The Detroit Lions smoked the Dallas Cowboys 47-9 yesterday.
Bryan Broaddus is joining us to break down what the film says about what went wrong and where in the world to go from here.
Mike McCarthy's Dak Prescott-led offense had no answers to even try and keep the Cowboys competitive while Mike Zimmer's shorthanded defense got absolutely shredded all day.
Jerry Jones said after the game they aren't interested in making trades to help this roster. So what gives you hope for the rest of the season? -
The Dallas Cowboys JUST snuck one out against the Pittsburgh Steelers last night. Bryan Broaddus from 105.3 The Fan has already done the film because he's a psycho who doesn't sleep. Did the offensive line get better with Tyler Smith moving to tackle after Tyler Guyton got hurt? Did the wide receiver group upgrade with KaVontae Turpin in for Brandin Cooks? Was this Zeke Elliott's last week on the active roster?
Plus how Mike Zimmer's defense pulled off that performance against Justin Fields and company without Micah Parsons, Tank Lawrence, DaRon Bland, Caelen Carson and Marshawn Kneeland.
-
The Dallas Cowboys run defense didn't show up once again and they got steamrolled by Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry and the Ravens. They've got a LOT to work through and try to get right in a hurry. Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and the offense couldn't get off to a fast start. Micah Parsons and Tank Lawrence's defense can't stop anything and now they're getting in to it on the sideline. Lamb's body language was awful during the game and they played their best offense without him. Where do the Cowboys go from here?

Bryan Broaddus from 105.3 The Fan joins me to tell us what exactly went wrong with Mike Zimmer's defense against the New Orleans Saints. How were Derek Carr, Alvin Kamara, Rashid Shaheed and Chris Olave able to to shred the Cowboys defense so easily? Scheme or players? Why was Micah Parsons a non factor? We also check in on Tyler Guyton, Tyler Smith, Zack Martin, Cooper Beebe and Terence Steele. Do they need time to gel or are we worried about it? Plus the $95 million combo of Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb and lack of other receiving options

The Dallas Cowboys 53 man roster is official (for now). I'm hyped that Deuce Vaughn is in. We can talk about other position groups and what else Jerry Jones and company need to do before we start playing real football.
Dalvin Cook? More corner or DT help? Hop in let's talk about it.

It looks like the Cowboys 2024 draft could turn out to be a REALLY good one. Cooper Beebe is going to win the starting center job, Tyler Guyton is off to a great start, and this team might be able to rediscover running the football.
No one would be more appreciative than Dak Prescott.
Plus we'll take your questions including who is starting at LB, how the RB/TE groups will shake out and more! Oh can we get Deuce Vaughn on this team!?

One more practice until the scrimmage between the Cowboys and Rams out here in Oxnard, California. Join Bryan Broaddus and me as we talk about the return of Trevon Diggs, the installation of Mike Zimmer's defense, Micah Parsons dominance etc.
Bring your questions let's talk Dallas Cowboys football.

Another padded practice for the Cowboys today and the top highlights for me were Trevon Diggs (kind of) returning to practice and the chess game that is going on with Dak Prescott vs Mike Zimmer and company. Plus:
- The WR camp battle continues and it's a good one
- Ryan Flournoy returned to practice in impressive fashion
- The secondary player I haven't talked about enough
-
Bryan Broaddus from 105.3 The Fan and I analyze all the things that we learned from today's Blue-White Dallas Cowboys practice. It was the most intense and physical practice of camp so far and we need to talk about:
- Dak Prescott and the offense's efficiency without CeeDee Lamb
- Mike Zimmer's defensive pressures
- The rookie making huge strides that needs more chances with the first team
- The wide receiver who won't stop making plays
- And more!

We're one week from training camp being underway and it's a Broaddus Thursday.
Join us as we talk about which of the big three (Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, Micah Parson) is most and least likely to be a long term member of the Dallas Cowboys.
Plus we rattle through some of your training camp questions and get some story time with Bryan about Bill Parcells.
