    • Sun gazing and the role it plays with our circadian rhythm.

    • Recognising older adults, in particular those with issues mobilising or who are in assisted living facilities should have their vitamin D levels monitored due to decreased sun exposure and high probability of reduced, digestive, liver and kidney function.
