What diseases or conditions are you most worried about getting as you age? I can tell you what you should be most worried about, based on statistics (which is metabolic dysfunction, such as prediabetes and cardiovascular disease, such as high blood pressure and damaged blood vessel linings), but if you’re like most women I’ve talked to, you’d probably say you’re most scared of getting cancer, Alzheimer’s and living in chronic pain. But did you know that there’s a TON you can do to tip the odds in favor of not getting those 3 conditions? Most of what most people think they know about these 3 conditions is wrong.
