A way to stand out as a flight training entrepreneur is by taking your ideas and actually putting them into action! Its fun to dream about what your business could look like but the opportunities could have passed if you don't take action or could be financially devastating if you don't bring it to the market place the right way!

A way to stand out as a flight training entrepreneur is by being intentional with your brand! Have what you do mean something to your clients. Focus on what made you get into this in the first place and become a flight training entrepreneur.
The process of developing your brand may feel intimidating or unapproachable. It doesn't have to be. This is an iterative process. You aren't writing your final manifesto to forever be set in stone. Great brands evolve over time and yours will too. Here's a simple framework to get you started.
Let's break down the process into three buckets: i) thinking ii) doing iii) feeling
Thinking is about how your brand is perceived to the outside world. What do you want to be known for? What do you hope will other people will say when asked about you or your offering?
Doing is about defining what your goals are. What are your objectives? What does success look like for you?
Last and far from least is feeling, which is more emotive and requires a little self-reflection. Why are you doing this? What gets you out of bed in the morning?
