Today my client Peggy shares her fertility story.
She suffered from a mild case of endometriosis and Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome, or LUFS, and had been trying to get pregnant for three years.
After working together Peggy got pregnant on her own during the second cycle where she ovulated and now she is the mother to a happy three-month-old baby.
In this episode, we talk about the importance of eating well throughout pregnancy, Peggy's struggle with cutting out dairy, and the increased energy and decreased period pain she experienced as a side effect of our work.
"My doctor was doing her best and I love her so much but we had reached the point of the road where we didn't know what to do next." - Peggy.
