  • Today I’m visiting Beech, in the county of Hampshire in south-east England to connect with our guest Mr David Roy-lance.

David challenges all of us to think about how many of us feel we are really being paid the level of our worth, or value? And how many of us feel like the world's best kept secret?
He then offers a little reality check by adding that we are all paid to the level of value that other’s perceive in us.

So who is David Roy-lance? Well he’s an Amazon best selling author, award winning coach and the CEO of 2 businesses and provides business support to several others.

He is Europe's No 1 smasher of the glass ceiling. His client base is typically women in senior roles in large corporates who find that the strategies they used to get the role they have now are not helping them get further up the management chain.

What they get from David are the secrets of how your voice and body resonates so you can show up and shine.

In December 2020 David was recognized as one of the top 40 influencers in the world by the Women in Banking and Finance Group for his assistance in helping women get promoted into the board room.

His career began working as a professional actor and theatre director working alongside notables such as 007, Obi Wan Kenobi and the character Sergent Nicholas Brody of Homeland.

While at drama college he met his first real mentor, Patsy Rodenburg, the world's no 1 voice coach, who helped him understand the power of the voice. Since that time David has accrued over 20 years of experience working with FTSE 250 companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs and charities. Aside from fast tracking woman onto Boards such as the RBS, his teaching skills have allowed executives to double their income within a week of intervention.

He has also worked with Board room executives from Barclays, Standard Life and Coutts. He has delivered courses for staff at HSBC, Macquarie Bank, Zurich Insurance, American Express, Orange, Aviva and Turner Entertainment.

David identifies 3 pillars as central to creating impact…

    “Posture, Voice and Energy”

TEAM ET you may not be ready for it, but I even try my hand at a little piece of Shakespearean theatre.

This is a fun conversation that explores how the world of drama entwines with the world of business

So please join David and me as we discuss executive development techniques and David’s book - Be Seen, Be Heard, Get Paid What You Are Worth: From Invisible to Superstar”

  • Today we are in London to chat with our guest Ms. Erin Andrea Craske.

Ms. Craske is an award-winning strategist with a 20-year career, culminating as Global Head of Consumer Brands.

With expertise in strategic development, profitability, leadership, and communication, she's an ICF-certified business and leadership success coach.

Leveraging 16 years of leadership, she empowers contribution-driven businesses to succeed on their terms and build a profitable business while amplifying a ripple effect of goodness.

There are literally so many wonderful things that I could share about Erin and the work she’s doing.

Starting with the great book she has written called “From Profit to Purpose.” It’s the alchemy if you like; the A to Z: a practical strategy guide that encompasses insights on building self-selling brands, achieving business longevity, thriving in saturated markets, and avoiding strategic pitfalls.

Or to her philosophical side (even though Erin denies that she has one), with quotes such as the following two examples.

“THE GREATEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF IS THE COMMITMENT TO PERSONAL GROWTH. BY STRIVING TO BECOME BETTER, YOU'LL DISCOVER THAT THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.”

    and

“EMBRACE HIRING THOSE BETTER THAN YOURSELF; THEIR SKILLS AND MOTIVATION FUEL BUSINESS GROWTH. TRUE GREATNESS IS IN BUILDING AN INSPIRING TEAM, NOT IN SELF-ADMIRATION.”

And TEAM I’m literally scratching the surface – you also will hear me ask the question about Erin’s insane yet enviable Lifelong Learning habits which make mine look amateurish at best.

TEAM ET you are all truly in for a treat from this fascinating and highly intellectual individual, so please ready yourselves for an exciting conversation as we explore the “Profitability Flow Framework – it’s foundations and 6 pillars.”

  • Today I’m excited to be close to home once again and this time, visiting Melbourne, Australia. Even thou we do spend some time in Broken Hill and Sydney, both of which sit in New South Wales.

Why? Because we are meeting with Aussie Outback legend Ms. Fiona Demark.

I am excited to introduce Ms. Demark who is an adventure-seeking, obstacle bounding, no-regretive kind of girl who lives life to the extreme.

She has spent the past 30 ish years using her talents in human communication, care, and kindness to help others. She shares her story and proves that all of us can be resilient, strong, and grateful for what life presents us.

Fiona is here today to share her inspirational story of resilience, goal setting, and overcoming barriers and will help you realize that you too have the power to change your life in positive ways and achieve your dreams.

So imagine if you can live in an isolated township hours away from the next established location. In many cases that’s also hours away from the next property.

Many of you will have seen the American Wild West on TV, well Broken Hill is pretty close to Australia’s equivalent, only with rich red soil, and an abundance of wild life inclusive of many of the deadliest reptiles on the planet, plus a few friendly roos and koalas thrown in for good measure.

This is the terrain where our guest grew up all the while, suffering an increasing degree of blindness.

It’s a wide-ranging discussion ranging from disabilities to personal challenges and conquests, and to suggestions that all of us can heed in helping make this planet a more friendly and engaging environment
