In this special episode we discuss a topic affecting students and employees alike, yet remains under-discussed because of it's sensitive nature: Undesirable behaviour. Our panel of three employees discuss three questions: What does undesirable behaviour mean to you? Have you had any personal experiences with it? and What do we do about it?
Links to some resources discussed in the podcast: It's always useful to know that there are many options for how to go about it if you're experiencing undesirable behaviour at work.

In this episode we interview two people working at ESG, one that’s been working here for more than 20 years, and one that just got hired during the COVID times.
With Kees Hendriks we discuss his experiences through all the reorganisations and iterations of what is now called Wageningen Environmental Research, of course we talk about his work within ESG and experience with the works council and what motivates him.
With Elina Kreuzberg we talk about getting hired during covid, her transition from being a student to an employee at the institute and also her general feelings about the current culture in her team.
