In this episode we are joined by Finspot's trio of founders Miljan Gudelj (CEO), Jovan Milovanovic (CDO), and Ognjen Kurtic (CTO). We have an insightful conversation on how Miljan's experience running a small business that needed a better working capital funding solution sprouted the idea to partner with his tech-savvy friends Jovan and Ognjen to build a fully digital factoring lender that can provide SMEs with the funding they need at lightning fast speeds. Learning how the Finspot team leveraged a tech-driven approach towards mitigating fraud and credit risk, developing tools that are now utilized by regional banks along the way, provides us with great insight into how Finspot has built a scalable lending business that has become a go-to provider of working capital for Serbian small businesses.
