The rollercoaster Vuelta continues as Jay Vine had a chance to seal the King of the Mountains jersey at the Vuelta on stage 18, but a crash early in the stage forced him out of the race. Carlos Rodriguez was hurt but will continue. Remco stamps his authority on the GC claiming his second stage in the process.
