Papa Tango Sierra Delta is the phonetic spelling of PTSD. This psychiatric injury, which may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, series of events or set of circumstances, is up to five (5) times more common in first responders. Due to fears of stigmas, stereotypes, negative repercussions at the workplace, inclusive of being discharged, and a plethora of other reasons, many feel alone and acutely uncomfortable about speaking out; this has led to a suicide epidemic. The Papa Tango Sierra Delta podcast journals the journey, thoughts & experiences of an active, senior police officer who has been diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), as well as the stories shared by fellow struggling members of the military, police, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, nursing, search & rescue, and other law enforcement, public safety & healthcare professionals.

The Shit Stick of Life is a podcast about people who have used the proverbial shit stick of life to launch into vibrant, fulfilling, and meaningful next chapters. It’s about how we come back; from failure to betrayal, and move through tragedy and loss. Each episode will feature honest, inspiring conversations about resilience.
Podcast host and re-visionary Kortney Wilson knows a thing or two about reinventing herself. She's been an actress (ironically, on the soap opera One Life to Live), a signed recording artist, a reality television star, an author, a real estate agent, a house flipper, a home designer, a style influencer, and the host of multiple shows on HGTV. When her "perfect" marriage of 20 years ended, surfacing decades of secrets and betrayals, the shock and devastation shook her to her core. She called EVERY aspect of her life into question.
On The Shit Stick of Life Podcast, Kortney shares her story and goes deep in conversation with her heroes, artists, authors, activists, and others--who have transformed their lives and reinvented themselves in the face of extraordinary setbacks.
New episodes drop every other Thursday starting February 2025. -
Podcast founder Andrea Rathborne and the iconic Betty White share the same birth date - January 17th. In 2022, as Betty would have celebrated her 100th birthday, Andrea turned 50—Half Betty’s age. This milestone sparked a powerful reflection: Betty White achieved more between 50 and 100 than in her first 50 years, suggesting that midlife is not an end but a bold, new beginning. Inspired by Betty’s legacy, Andrea saw turning 50 as the gateway to a second, even greater life chapter - one full of possibility, reimagination, and purpose.
This vision gave rise to Half Betty, a bold and vibrant community where midlife women come together to feel supported, inspired, informed, and deeply valued. It’s a space where the stories of their next chapter take shape and the extraordinary potential of their second scene unfolds. -

Il s’agit d’un nouveau podcast qui traite de la proche aidance.
Animé par Marina Orsini, ce projet se veut une fenêtre par laquelle on peut jeter un regard sur la réalité des proches aidants du Québec.
Le but?
“Finders Grievers” is a podcast about grief, discussing the people we have lost, and the lessons we have picked up along the way. It’s an attempt to unpack the universally felt - rarely discussed - experience of grieving. Each week, host Shohana Sharmin will be sitting down with a guest - writers, comedians, artists - to discuss love, loss, and everything in between. Sometimes they’ll laugh, sometimes they’ll cry a little bit. Both are allowed. Being a full human experiencing the full range of human emotions? Very much allowed here.
