In today’s special episode, I’m sharing my story of running a 53-mile (85 kilometer) ultra marathon in the Catskill Mountains of New York - a goal that had terrified me and I wasn’t sure if I could finish.
Throughout this long day, I come face to face with some of my deepest fears, need to make decisions and overcome seemingly impossible obstacles, and decide whether or not to quit when it gets really difficult.
