In this episode Tine and Taylor chat with Tine's classmate Ailly Welch. Ailly was born to Puerto Rican parents in the Bronx, NY, and experienced full hearing loss at a very early age. She shares her experiences throughout life and in the workplace, as well as discusses some general best practices when interacting with people with hearing loss. Tine and Taylor also talk to Ailly about working with an interpreter, and she flips the script and has some questions for Tine and Taylor as well. She is so many more things than a person who is deaf, but I don't want to spoil any of that here! You'll have to listen to the episode for the full story, and you'll be so glad that you did!

It is also nearing the end of the Group Coaching program they have been enrolled in with Nicole Griffin Wellness, so they discuss that in detail as well. When is the right time to enroll in a group coaching program? Also, they explain the value of it not being tied to your current vocation, religion, friend group, etc.

In this episode Tine and Taylor talk about the provocative question "Should we all be leaving our corporate jobs?" This question came as a result of a group coaching program that the co-hosts are going through hosted by former Constant Quest Podcast guest Nicole Griffin. The program entitled "Staying grounded in your growth zone" got the wheels turning so much that Tine and Taylor wanted to address some of their thoughts on an episode with just the two of them. How do we know when is the right time for change and how do we keep from feeling stuck and unfulfilled? This conversation evolves into some existential questions of purpose and place while living on the 3rd rock.
