If you can embody a practice like the one I use – The Ivana Chubbuck Technique – this can help you immensely in embracing your emotions and channeling them into your performance.

When you're on tour performing, or even if you're preparing for a show locally, things may occur in your personal life that are incredibly difficult to process in that moment.
