Over The Bloody Moon shares tales and tools of transformation from The Change Makers, inspiring women from all walks of life. We hear how they navigated life's turbulence and perimenopause, emerging intact, soaring from a place of darkness to light. 

Over The Bloody Moon is a thriving community, supporting women, their family and colleagues by removing the stigma and muddle from perimenopause. We run a range of services: Masterclasses, coaching, digital resources and programmes. We believe that with a little bit of education, trusted evidence-based tools, and access to experts in women's health, this stage of life can and should be, one that women feel Over The Bloody Moon about.
