Today I celebrate a special milestone — 10 years of podcasting. Yep, I started this thing back in February 2014. I've never had a viral episode. Ever. But I kept going. When I started, I thought I was late to the game. I've realized that it doesn't matter if you outlast everyone who quits or never starts.

Speaking to a room full of entrepreneurs, James share the special power that we can tap into when we reconnect with compassion and how each of us holds the key to making a tangible difference. I am a regular supporter of James' organization, The Ugandan Water Project.

This past week I had the privilege of hosting ~40 amazing folks at my live mastermind in Charleston, SC.
It was a great two days with everyone, and about an hour after the event ended I headed back to my AirBnb with my videographer Jeremy to get a few things done before heading back out to meet folks for dinner.
I was super tired but last minute, I decided to record a raw video of my thoughts about the event and hosting masterminds in general... and I was surprised at how emotional I got right around the ~15:00 minute mark.
I thought long and hard about whether I wanted to share this video (I had a "vulnerability hangover" the next morning!) but I think there's a lot of stuff here learned from running masterminds and building a business in general that might help you, so here it is.
