In this episode, my inspiring client shares her experience of losing her partner when he heroically fell in Gaza protecting Israel. Soon afterward, she began her healing boudoir experience, which helped her move through her grief and reconnect with herself. This is truly a story of the resilience and beauty of the human spirit.

In this episode, I talk about my recent personal experience of hiring help for my home and all the surprising mental blocks that came up around it. Women in particular have such a hard time investing in themselves and getting the support they want and need. Often these limiting beliefs are subconscious yet they hold us back from living and appreciating life fully. Get ready for your own mindset shift after listening to this episode.

Today, I invited Yonina Rubinstein to chat with me about what we've been speaking about for months already: sexuality and body image during wartime. We talk about what Jewish women have been experiencing since October 7, in Israel and abroad, and how many people feel guilty about living life and experiencing pleasure. We talk about ways to let go of that guilt, how to be kind to yourself when you cycle in and out of self-care, and what it means to really honor those who have lost their lives for our country. Yonina is a Jewish Sexuality Educator and author of the book, "Sexuality After Childbirth." Join us for some straightforward and actionable mindset shifts to reconnect with your body and make yourself a priority.

This is my first episode since Israel was attacked by terrorists on October 7. Since I have been in survival mode, along with many others, I have been thinking about that means as it pertains to body image and my work. The topics in this episode are centered around the bridge between feeling safe in our bodies and having the ability to feel sexy and connected to ourselves. I talk about the importance of creating our own safety and embracing sexuality instead of feeling guilty about it, especially during dark times.
Doors are now opening for The New Sexy, and more details will be coming this week! Feel free to email me to be one of the first to hear more and apply. [email protected]I would love to hear from you on Instagram!

In this episode, we explore gender, masculinity, femininity, vulnerability, mental health, disability, and how all that ties into body positivity and embracing our sexuality. Sam-Jude (they/he) is also known as the Disabled Dreamer, and openly shares about his life with Cerebral Palsy, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. I have loved being a part of Sam's journey since his boudoir experience in 2022, and I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

Through my work as a body image coach and boudoir photographer, I noticed how many women struggled with perfectionism and how connected it was to body image. This episode talks about that as well as signs you might be a perfectionist, my own personal healing journey, and how to let go of the idea of perfection.

This episode is a vulnerable interview with my beautiful client, Jessika. Jessika used to think negatively about her body from the first moment she woke up in the morning. She was struggling with feeling confident with her husband, her relationship with food, and being able to be present in her body in general. As she began The New Sexy, several months pregnant with her fourth child, she hoped that the program would offer her the ability to tap into the unconditional love she was always looking for.
The New Sexy is open for enrollment now.

In the body positivity world, you’ll often see women calling themselves fat, as a way to reclaim the word as something positive or neutral. Personally, I used to have a lot of resistance to this, and in this episode, I share how and why my mindset has shifted over time. I also talk about other language people use to describe bodies like “overweight” and “larger” and why the words we use are actually important.
