Hi again! I'm back! I love to have this space to express myself and talk about all kinds of things. I've been focusing a lot on my other podcast Human Design Coffee Talk but excited to start sharing on here again as well.
This week's episode is all about my experience going through the Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. I'm hoping to make this a series recapping my awareness and realizations each week as well as tips and suggestions if you're also going through it.

In this coaching episode of Emoting, Teresa explores a variety of topics with Linda, a quad right 4/6 sacral Generator. Linda has the channel of awareness (61-24) and the channel of preservation (50-27) as well as a completely open G, ego, and solar plexus. This is a good example of a go with the flow type of session where we just work with what's alive for you in the moment and see what comes through.
