In this episode, we speak with Param, one of the aviation industry's youngest auditors, who is currently pursuing his Master's in Aircraft Piloting, a 5-year integrated program at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Lithuania.
We begin by discussing his five-year curriculum at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, including its structure, duration, requirements, selection procedure, and cost associated. We also addressed the benefits and drawbacks of the Masters in Aircraft Piloting program at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
In addition, we discovered how Param created UAB PARAM LT and his many involvements in STARTUP communities around the world. We also learned how he balances his Master's studies and becoming a Student Entrepreneur. We also spoke about why he became a drone pilot and his involvement in the UAV sector.
Furthermore, we discussed his path into the aviation media business as an aviation journalist at Aerotime Hub and becoming one of the youngest aviation auditors in the aviation industry.
Finally, we learned not to restrict ourselves in the aviation business and to overcome challenges and obstacles such as these throughout our lives. Param is a real inspiration to many aviation professionals who aspire to create a successful career in the aviation industry.

On this Episode 2 of TheAviationSurf Podcast, we had a conversation with one of the Jet Airways Cadet Pilot, Sabri Muneer, who had joined the cadet program before the airline filed for bankruptcy.
Sabri has done his flight training with CAE Phoenix, United States, and recently converted his FAA license to the DGCA. He is presently in India, finishing up his Bachelors before the airline starts hiring.
In this episode, we go over key details of his experience training in the United States with CAE, we also go over the entire selection process of the Cadet Program, the necessary requirements by such programs and key tips for clearing them. Furthermore, we also go over the entire DGCA license conversion process and the how to clear the DGCA exams for future aviators.
Most importantly, we discuss the steps to be resilient during such times in the industry for future pilots, and how to stay optimistic as a cadet pilot.
