Mental health is so vast and it's something we need to really normalise talking about especially within the male gender. There's a lot men go through that isn't spoken about enough. From suppressing emotions to being 'tough' guys, we need to address this negative idealogy of toxic masculinity. My guest and I speak about this and talk about our personal experience with mental health.

This is the FINAL episode of the first season of this podcast, and talking about the 20 something experience without discussing job hunting would be incomplete.
Job hunting is a critical process we all go through to get any job and sometimes it can be straightforward but most times it's a long, frustrating process that not a lot of us really understand. I was joined by my friend folusho, who currently has a training contract with a renowned law firm, to speak about our experiences in applying for jobs, the mistakes we've made, and the valuable tips we've gotten along the way.

This is a deeply personal episode for me as the issue surrounding SARS and the country is one that can be felt by every Nigerian Youth. In this episode we speak about the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and the many crimes they’ve committed over the years. #EndSARS is more than just ending police brutality, it is symbolic of the extremely high levels of corruption we face in Nigeria. @Nayd and I discuss this and speak further about the recent protests across the country. We all have a part to play in this battle, and eventually we’ll have a country that we’re proud to be citizens of.
