Having spent my whole childhood life using inhalers, nasal sprays. ear drops, eye drops...the list goes on, I always thought, that was just the way things were and I was a problem child!!
Everything changed once I changed my diet, all medication was removed...all dairy too...but it resulted in a much happier, healthier teenager.
