  • In our first ever LIVE recorded episode ‘That Feeling When…You Have To rest’ we chat about how to switch off and rest. There’s a lot of talk about how to grow, grind and hustle but we rarely talk about how to achieve this in a sustainable and restful way. As a trio we have all expereinced burn out and exhuastion from overworking and collectively felt it was so important we open up the conversation around the importance of looking after ourselves while working hard.
