Today we are featuring Adeline Foo—Global Head of TA & EB @DKSH a Swiss global firm that has been in existence for over 160 years, hiring almost 30k employees annually in 36 markets.
With 90% of roles being junior and with a high volume of applications for these roles, coupled with language barriers, it was imperative to automate what could be automated.
