It's all laughs, no cursing, and a lot of relatable experiences and takeaways from entering the world of running ultras.

We also discuss the adventures of traveling to and attending the Ring of Steall Skyrace in Scotland, which took place a year ago to the day. We discuss the constant balancing act of training and all of life's responsibilities and the curveballs it throws at us. We did little prep for this episode, so this is a raw discussion that sheds some light on how we viewed things in the moment and are maybe the same thoughts that others have about finding time and motivation to train for big goals while being a citizen, partner, friend, child, teacher, etc.
