Speaking of beer, did you know they started their own Brewery in Atlanta called ATLANTUCKY?!?!?! Delicious suds, brewed with care & passion, these guys knock it out of the park at everything they put their mind too.. We had a blast chattin with em & look forward to seeing em again when we head south in the Winter!

On the final episode of the week, Kip sits down with Edgewater Inn owner Niya Gingerich to talk about the state of the 71 year old restaurant & bar. Navigating the restaurant industry these days is tough, doing it while trying to recreate your dream bar (RIP Local 46) adds a new layer, doing it after the 2020 Pandemic makes it damn near impossible... but Niya isn't giving up, in fact she's turning out danker pizza, great cocktails, a kickass patio party- all with a big ol smile.
We talk about the headaches, the joys, the trials & tribulations and everything in between. She's revamped the nostalgic bar and restaurant to keep with the times... Kids eat free, lunch specials that rival the friendliest in the metro, Happy Hours til 7 PM and the Local 46 patio vibes back to the new LOT 46 Bar sharing the kitchen wall.
What she needs is a little help from the community. Tune in to the pod, hear her story & then go order a kickass pizza, fresh mozz and homemade bread... and a delicious High West whiskey drink or Schooner of Coors.
