DISCLAIMER: The audio messed up guys but in honour of keeping it real and authentic I chose not to re-record. Please give me grace as you walk with me learning how to podcast on the go.
Ok so this episode is all about the breakdown of a Step-mum/Birth mum friendship gone awry. We ought to know that BM & SM friendships do exist but what we are going to learn in this episode is why it wont work without Boundaries!!!
This step-mum is super honest and relatable if you are going to be real here. We talk about Jealously, Trolls, Mental Health, Disengaging and healing. Its super easy to get into a place of blame and not without real reason but what I know as a step-mum and coach is that you got to recognise your part in the mess and hold yourself accountable and CHECK YOUR MOTIVES. Lauren does just that!
Lauren, who is a fitness coach and serial entrepreneur joins me to get Uncut about her step-mum journey. You can find her here

My husband asks me if I resent his children and much more on how we have overcome some pretty hard times and what advise we would give to others who may be facing the inevitable rough patches in their journey of "Blending"
