    Coach Rooney is the founder of Training For Warriors. An internationally recognized trainer, pioneer of strength and conditioning, speaker and author of two amazing books (Coach to Coach and High Ten) , Martin holds a Master of Health Science and Bachelor of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Furman University.

    Coach Ramsey was named Men’s Basketball Director of Sport Performance at KANSAS UNIVERSITY in September of 2019
    Prior to that, he was the NBA’s youngest head strength and conditioning coach, directing strength and conditioning, sport science and nutrition for the Sacramento Kings.

    Coach Ramsey is also the creator of the Applied Performance Coach Course, a 12 week certification course and mentorship program that focuses on 3 pillars of growth - content expertise, coaching practices, and career development.
