Sally's Famous Potato Salad
10 Russet potatoes 1 small yellow onion diced 3 stocks of celery, chopped3-5 hard boiled eggs. Sliced Miracle whip to taste. (Some people don’t like it and we realize that, but it has to be Miracle Whip or it’s not Sally’s Potato Salad)Squirt of yellow mustard (long Squirt)Mix it all up, try not to mash the potatoes. Sprinkle top with a bit of salt, pepper and paprika.Dawnie's Pro Tip- decorate the top with green and black olives. This gives the saltiness of the olives with the sweetness of the potato salad!!
