In Episode 6, Eisha Baqai and I speak about how growing up, we set unrealistic expectations for ourselves and others and how all of that just leads to a lot of toxicity. We talk about how we need to learn to let go of things, which society expects us to hold on to, while in reality, they are being toxic to ourselves. We talk about how money itself is not good or bad, it's how we spend it that makes all the difference; the fact that just having money for the sake of having a big bank account isn't what's going to bring happiness. We also talk about how many people believe that acceptance is a sign of apathy. Passivity. Giving up. However, this doesn’t have to be the case. Enjoy!

In Episode 4, Jess Vinnicombe and I speak about how societies (including sects, religions, etc) shape us while neglecting our similarities, and the importance of the role of communication. From there we dive deeper into how communication is the key to holding a successful relationship with anyone at all, along with the importance of viewing your own self critically at times instead of always blaming a bad conversation onto others.

In Episode 3, A.K (Augustin Kadende) and I speak about life, money, happiness, and the simplest human emotions that cannot be bought or sold. We speak about how money is not the solution to all problems, and about how making money is just a tiny fraction of our lives as humans. People with tons of money might have sleepless nights, while those who don't even know if their next meal will be served or not, may be content at heart. We go into depth about the new generation having the ability to speak up and raise awareness thanks to social media and how privileged we are to have the ability to do so, unlike every generation before us.

Episode-2 talks about tiny problems you face growing up, and how they start to subtly shape your life's trajectory without you even realising. A supposedly funny remark by a co-worker or an envious colleague trying to annoy you about something you possess, and they don't, unknowingly affects you in unthinkable ways. The podcast will discuss my life's (so far) challenges and experiences related to insecurities, and what you can learn from them.

The first episode talks about COVID-19, the disease which has spread like wildfire across the globe. Its' effect on people, namely students, in ways that have nothing to do with the disease itself, and what we as students can do not to feel overwhelmed by it.
