Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice that uses techniques like soul retrieval and working with power animals to address trauma and promote healing. In soul retrieval, a shaman journeys to recover lost soul fragments caused by traumatic experiences, aiming to restore a person’s sense of wholeness.
