  • Actress and poet Caitlin O'Ryan (Outlander), and comedian and actor, Vick Krishna (Fallout) joined host Reshma Gopaldas to talk about Netflix's recent hit, Baby Reindeer, starring and created by Richard Gadd. Gadd plays "Donny" and Jessica Gunning co-stars as "Martha." Baby Reindeer is based on Gadd's true life story, of the time in his life when he was a comedian/bartender, and Gunning plays the woman who develops an unhealthy obsession with him and stalks him. She sends him over 41k emails, 360 hours worth of voicemails, letters, facebook messages, and more. The show follows the complicated dynamic between Donny and Martha, and has been hailed as a "beautifully disturbing" series. Real-life Martha, Fiona Harvey, has come forward and appeared on Piers Morgan to dispute the story. Baby Reindeer also stars Nava Mau, Nina Sosanya, Shalome Brune-Franklin, Tom Goodman-Hill, Alexandria Riley, Mark Lewis Jones, and Amanda Root.

    Vick and Caitlin break down their thoughts about Baby Reindeer and Richard Gadd's work, and they talk about the earliest shows they loved to binge, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, to Friends, Happy Valley, Simpsons, House, The Office, and more.

  • Jake Johnson (Minx, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse) joins for an episode of Son of a Binge to chat all about New Girl, his new podcast, "We're Here to Help," with Garrett Reynolds, his friendship with co-stars Zooey Deschanel, Max Greenfield, Lamorne Morris, and Hannah Simone, and what it was like working with Tom Cruise.   • Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter, Sex Education) joins Son of a Binge to chat all about his stint playing Archie Leach, known to most as Cary Grant, on Britbox's Archie. Based on the book, "Archie", by Grant's ex-wife Dyan Cannon, and BAFTA-winner Jeff Pope, Archie tells the story of a young boy who turned himself into one of Hollywood's biggest stars. Isaacs breaks down the man behind the myth, from the death of Archie's mother, to his relationship with his father, his wives and the light of his life, his daughter. He also reveals why he wrote a line in the film to address Cary Grant's romantic relationships.

    Isaacs chats about whether he would be open to continuing the Harry Potter story as Lucius Malfoy, with a limited-series based around the Malfoys. Plus, he tells us about the shows he's binged recently including The Great with Elle Fanning and Nicholas Hoult, and Sex Education with Gillian Anderson.

  • Sara Bareilles (Grammy-Award winner, Netflix's "Girls5Eva") and Jennifer Bareilles join host Reshma Gopaldas for a special Son of a Binge episode where the sisters break down "Bad Sisters," airing on Apple TV+. "Bad Sisters" was created by Sharon Horgan ("Catastrophe," "Shining Vale") and is set in Ireland. "Bad Sisters" follows the story of 5 sisters, played by Eve Hewson, Sarah Greene, Eva Birthistle, and Anne-Marie Duff. The Bareilles sisters revealed they recently binged the show, when Sara recommended it to her sister.
