    ο»ΏJasmine had a heart as gentle as a breeze and a spirit as free as the songbirds that serenaded the town each morning. Jasmine's days were filled with kindness and laughter, but on this particular evening, something extraordinary was about to unfold.

    As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow across the cobblestone streets, Jasmine decided to take a leisurely walk. The air was crisp, and the fragrance of blooming flowers wafted through the evening breeze. She kissed her mother on the cheek, promising to return before the stars adorned the sky.

    Unbeknownst to Jasmine, destiny had a peculiar plan for her that evening. As she strolled along a winding path that led to the heart of the enchanted forest, she noticed a glimmer in the bushes. Intrigued, she approached and discovered a small clearing, where a radiant light emanated from a mysterious object lying on the ground.

    Close your eyes, dear one,

    And lay your head down slow. 

    The night is here upon you,

    And it's time for you to go.

    No matter what the day has brought,

    The nighttime lullaby calms you down,

    Nestled in the sea of blankets of your bed,

    Allow your body to rest motionless on your bed, 

    Comfortably tucked under the sheets.

    PAUSE…

    Lay on your back, keeping your spine straight and relaxed.

    Now gently close your eyes, and become aware of your body.

    Observe it closely and release any unnecessary tension you might feel.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now focus on your breath. 

    Feel it becoming deeper and slower as your heart rate slows down.

    PAUSE…

    Let a deep sense of relaxation expand within, 

    While your muscles become loose and heavy,

    And your body melts into your bed. 

    PAUSE…

    Dig deep within your consciousness, 

    And visualize a specific wish or intention you may have. 

    PAUSE…

    Now imagine a simple affirmation that describes its essence. 

    This is what it’s called Sankalpa.

    PAUSE…

    Repeat the affirmation silently three times, 

    Feeling the importance of this desire.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now come back into your body, 

    As we focus in on each part, 

    Bringing all of your attention to it, 

    Feeling that part soften and relax.

    PAUSE…


    We’ll begin on your right side. 

    Bring your attention to your thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger, palm of your right hand, back of the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, armpit, waist, hip, thigh, knee, calf, ankle, heel, sole, top of the foot, right big toe, long toe, middle toe, fourth toe, pinky toe.

    PAUSE…

    Now the left side.

    Focus on your thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger, the palm of your right hand, back of the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, armpit, waist, hip, thigh, knee, calf, ankle, heel, sole, top of the foot, right big toe, long toe, middle toe, fourth toe, pinky toe.

    PAUSE…

    Observe the right side of the back of your body,

    Heel, calf, thigh, butt, and shoulder blade. 

    Turn to the left side,

    Heel, calf, thigh, butt, shoulder blade. 

    Now onto the lower back, middle back, upper back, and entire spine.

    PAUSE…

    Become aware of the back of the neck, back of the head, top of the head, and forehead. 

    Move to the right side of your skull, temple, ear, eyebrow, eye, nostril, cheek. Now upper lip, lower lip, mouth. 

    Transition to the left side of your skull, temple, ear, eyebrow, eye, nostril, cheek.

    Focus on the chin, jaw, throat, upper abdomen, navel, and lower abdomen.

    Move to the right collarbone, right side of the chest, and right groin. 

    Move to the left collarbone, the left side of the chest, the left groin, and the pelvic area.
    Now focus on the right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm, your face, the whole head, the torso, and then your whole body.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Bring all your attention to the fresh air that flows through your body as you inhale.

    Then feel the warm air traveling through your nose as you exhale.

    Breathe…

    PAUSE…

    In synch with each breath, 

    Count down from 20, inhaling 20, 

    Exhaling 19, 

    Inhaling 18, 

    Exhaling 17, 

    And so on. 

    Take your time, staying calm and patient.

    If you lose count simply start again.

    LONG PAUSE…
     
    Now it’s time to express your wish or Sankalpa.

    Silently say the statement you created in the beginning that encapsulates your desires. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Breathe,

    One with your inhale, 

    One with your exhale. 

    Deeply relaxed, 

    One with sleep.

    As the day comes to a close,

    And your body longs to rest. 

    See if you can open up,

    And fulfill one last request.

    Maybe there were moments that hurt,

    Of so many stresses today.

    Maybe they are way too heavy,

    You feel depleted and gray.

    Bring the millions of heavy thoughts,

    To this precious moment now. 

    As you reflect, you can see,

    They all disappear somehow.

    Close your eyes gently tonight,

    And bring yourself inside.

    Feel each breath,

    One with the air as it flows into your lungs, 

    Filling up your chest and belly.

    And one with the air as it is released from you, 

    Melting you further into comfort.

    Relaxing,

    Now, notice your heartbeat. 

    And see if you can imagine each beat as a wave of soothing energy,

    Radiating from your heart out to your entire body.

    Each beat, each wave spreads healing energy that soothes your mind, 

    Relaxes your muscles, 

    And calms your soul. 

    Feel this healing energy move all the way down to your toes,

    All the way to the tips of your fingers.

    Every beat of your heart sends healing to any pain, 

    Stress or tension you may have in your body. 

    It heals, purifies and cleanses anything that is dark or heavy,

    Leaving you light and calm. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    You are already whole.

    Feel the gentle waves of healing, 

    Restore you, 

    From dark to light,

    From unfocused to clear,

    From empty to full.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now imagine the calming energy of a beautiful blue lake. 

    The sun warms your skin, 

    And reflects off the surface of the water. 

    See the rays of the sun sparkling across the surface, 

    The calming waves rolling slowly, 

    Syncing with the rhythms of your body.

    Your body is buoyant in the tranquil waters,

    And the slow waves of healing gently wash over you, 

    Washing away all that is dark.

    With every inhale, 

    Receive the healing of the lake, 

    Feeling each wave wrap around you, 

    Its rhythm becoming one with your breath.

    With every exhale, let go,

    And surrender your body to the arms of sleep.

    The sky transitions to a deep, dark navy blue, 

    And stars begin to appear.

    Once upon a time, in a small town nestled between rolling hills and ancient forests, there lived a woman named Kendra. Kendra was no stranger to the ebb and flow of life, with its joys and challenges weaving through the tapestry of her existence. However, as the stress of daily life clung to her like a persistent shadow, she found solace in the one constant that embraced her each night—the soothing winds that came in the night.

    Kendra's quaint cottage stood on the outskirts of town, surrounded by a symphony of rustling leaves and the distant murmur of a gentle stream. Her life was like an intricate dance, twirling between responsibilities and dreams, leaving her yearning for moments of respite. It was during one such evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, that the magic began.

    The sky transformed into a canvas of warm hues—ambers, pinks, and purples painted with the skilled strokes of a celestial artist. As the first stars timidly emerged, Kendra felt a subtle shift in the air, a prelude to the nightly ritual that awaited her. Closing her eyes, she let out a deep breath, releasing the tension that had settled within her.

    The gentle zephyrs whispered through the leaves, carrying tales from distant lands and secrets of the universe. It was as if the winds themselves were sentient, attuned to the rhythm of Kendra's heart. As the first tendrils of sleep wrapped around her consciousness, the winds embraced her, cradling her in an invisible cocoon of tranquility.

    As you come into your bed,

    And wind down your day,

    Let your breath calm you,

    And soften you. 

    PAUSE…

    Rest deep into your body,

    Bringing your attention here.

    Far away from the thoughts,

    And the movement of your mind. 

    PAUSE…

    Sink a little further,

    And as you do, allow your body to stretch.

    Straighten your arms, 

    And your legs out wide,

    As far as they can reach.

    Hold them here for a moment, 

    Squeezing and gathering up every bit of pain,

    Stress,

    And detail inside. 

    PAUSE…

    And then exhale, 

    And release the stretch,

    Letting it all go, 

    And softening your body even further.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now place your hand,

    On the side of your head,

    And slowly pull it down to one side,

    Stretching the side of your neck.

    PAUSE…

    Breathe into the stretch,

    Expanding the space inside,

    And inviting in relief.

    PAUSE…

    Now reverse the stretch,

    Gently pulling your head down from the other side, 

    Feeling the stretch on the other side of your neck.

    Breathe…

    And feel every fiber stretch out all that tension. 

    PAUSE…

    And then release the stretch,

    And feel the warmth of the relief,

    As you melt further into bed.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Feel into your body,

    And bring your attention to your neck. 

    Imagine all the points of pain,

    All those spots of tension,

    Are glowing soft red. 

    PAUSE…

    Breathe into those places,

    From the bottom of your skull,

    Down the sides of your neck,

    And into the contours of your upper shoulders.

    PAUSE…

    Imagine everything opening,

    And softening. 

    Opening,

    And softening,

    As you breathe in relief,

    And breathe out tension. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Notice that the soft red glow,

    Becomes a little dimmer now,

    And your head feels a little lighter. 

    PAUSE…

    Now imagine your spine stretching,

    From the bottom of your back,

    All the way up to the top of your neck.

    Pulling,

    Extending, 

    Straightening.

    Opening up the space between every vertebrae.

    One by one,

    Making space,

    And releasing the pain. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    The glowing red dims again, 

    Almost completely.

    And your body feels spacious.

    Heavy and deeply relaxed,

    And also light and open.

    Breathe…

    And settle your body into comfort. 

    PAUSE…

    Let yourself move around a bit, 

    Until you find your favorite sleeping position. 

    PAUSE…

    And then breathe in deep, 

    Filling yourself up with fresh, cool air.

    And then release your breath,

    All the way out.

    PAUSE…

    Another full inhale now,

    Filling up from your toes, 

    All the way up to the crown of your head.

    Holding it at the top for a moment.

    And then exhaling with a sigh,

    Releasing all the air, 

    All the tension,

    As you melt a little deeper into your bed. 

    PAUSE…

    Be here, 

    Relaxing into a soothing, slow rhythm,

    Of breathing in,

    And breathing out. 

    PAUSE…

    Inhaling just a bit deeper each time your breathe in,

    And exhaling just a little longer each time you breathe out. 

    PAUSE…

    Breathe…

    And relax.

    LONG PAUSE…

    All day long, 

    Little pieces of toxicity have entered your body,

    And snuck into your mind. 

    PAUSE…

    The food you ate,

    The water your drank,

    The words that landed upon your ears,

    The visions that played before your eyes,

    And the thoughts that bubbled up in your head.

    They’ve accumulated within you,

    And now you can consciously let them go,

    Clearing your mind, 

    Cleansing your body,

    Leaving you light and free.

    So see if you can imagine a soft, gentle hand hovering over you. 

    She’s warm and kind,

    And places herself on your heart.

    PAUSE…

    Like a magnet, she calls all those pieces of toxicity to her,

    And one by one,

    They come.

    Releasing their hold on you,

    And landing in this gentle hand.

    PAUSE…

    Your heart immediately feels lighter,

    Cleaner,

    And whole. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    The gentle hand finds her way to your belly.

    You feel the warm energy of her touch,

    And see her calling all those pieces to her.

    PAUSE…

    One by one they leave you,

    Leaving everything in this area clean,

    And clear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    The soft hand places herself on both your legs,

    And the toxins are in her pull.

    PAUSE…

    Feel them gather up and release their hold,

    From your toes, 

    Your feet,

    Your ankles,

    Up to your knees,

    And all the way to your hips. 

    PAUSE…

    Your legs are clean,

    And clear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    The gentle hand now hovers over your back.

    Watch as all the toxins detach from your lower back,

    Slowly up your spine,

    All the way up to your neck,

    Releasing their hold,

    Helpless against the magnetic pull of the detoxifying hand. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now feel the warmth on the crown of your head,

    As the soft hand rests here.

    Millions of toxic pieces swim in your mind,

    And one by one, 

    They are pulled into the palm of the loving hand. 

    PAUSE…

    Let her absorb them all, 

    Releasing the toxins from your mind,

    Leaving you clean,

    And clear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Rest now, dear one, 

    And float through the land of dreams.

    Clean,

    When exhaustion bears down upon you,

    And you struggle to find repose,

    Find a place where you can rest,

    And let your mind release its woes.

    Let it all go…

    As you settle into your bed. 

    Let it all go…

    And clear your precious head. 

    PAUSE…

    So many worries tug at you,

    So many stresses pile up. 

    So many fears are rumbling,

    So many thoughts interrupt.

    Soon your world feels small, 

    Your breathing falls shallow. 

    Your eyes begin to dart around,

    So let this be your moment now,

    Lay your head down tonight, 

    And let yourself go. 

    PAUSE…

    Become aware of your body,

    And your bed supporting and comforting you. 

    Feel the breath moving in and out,

    In and out. 

    PAUSE…

    Perhaps there's a voice in the back of your head.

    Chattering away about what’s to come, 

    Or what has happened.  

    See if you can pay attention to it, without judging. 

    Notice what it has to say. 

    Honor and recognize each of these thoughts,

    As you imagine them getting smaller and smaller, 

    As the night grows darker and darker. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Notice any emotions that arise,

    Honoring the power that each one of them has on your body and your energy. 

    Take a moment to feel them all, 

    And when you’re ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. 

    Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. 

    PAUSE…

    The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent,

    As the waves carry them away. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Come into your breath, 

    Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. 

    Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale,

    Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in,

    And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. 

    PAUSE…

    Feel the sensations in your body, 

    The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. 

    Soften your muscles from head to toes,

    Letting go of any tightness or discomfort,

    And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, 

    Worries, stresses and plans,

    As your mind becomes open, 

    And still. 

    PAUSE…

    Let your mind completely surrender,

    And be in this present moment.

    There is only peace,

    There is only the quiet of your soul.

    PAUSE…

    Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you.

    It protects you, 

    Keeping the stillness in,

    And keeping the noise out. 

    Nothing can disturb you here,

    Within the tranquility of this sphere.

    LONG PAUSE…

    If thoughts or emotions arise, 

    Let the waves of your exhale carry them out of you, 

    And watch as they exit the sphere and disappear into the night. 

    PAUSE…

    Over and over again, 

    You see the electric noise of your thoughts. 

    Breathe in and gather them up,

    Imagining the air cools them down, 

    And your exhale releases them out of you.

    PAUSE…

    Your mind is soft and open. 

    Your mind is clear and calm. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Sink deeper into relaxation, 

    Letting each breath pull you deeper into the peaceful ocean of the night. 

    PAUSE…

    Here the dark space of your mind awaits,

    And the dances of your dreams begin. 

    Slowly brushing their colors through your open mind.

    You are safe here. 

    You are loved here.  

    There is only calm.

    PAUSE…

    With each inhale, the vastness of your inner world opens.

    You are a part of the infinite sea of dreams and possibilities. 

    You are one with the universe.

    Your mind melts,
