Mark Carney is bringing Canada closer to communist China at the worst possible time.
As Canada approaches a critical USMCA deadline, concerns are growing in the United States over Carney’s rhetoric toward America, his push for a strategic partnership with China, the possibility of Chinese electric vehicles on Canadian roads, and a secret MOU Canada signed with Beijing.
In this episode, I’m joined by Michael Lucci, founder, CEO, and chairman of State Armor, to break down why Americans are sounding the alarm, what this could mean for Canada-U.S. relations, and why Carney’s China strategy could have major consequences for Canada. -
Mark Carney has introduced Bill C-34, legislation framed as a way to ban kids from social media.
But critics warn the bill could go much further, raising serious concerns about privacy, free expression, online censorship, and the possibility of mandatory digital ID.
The bill would also create the Digital Safety Commission of Canada, a powerful new internet regulator tasked with overseeing platforms, AI companies, and so-called “harmful content.”
To break down what this could mean for Canadians, I’m joined by Christine Van Geyn. -

Bill C-9 is now headed to Royal Assent after MPs rejected Conservative MP Andrew Lawton’s last-minute attempt to stop it.
Critics warn the bill could seriously threaten free speech, freedom of religion, and good-faith religious expression in Canada. With the bill adopted, concerns are growing over what this could mean for pastors, religious leaders, and Canadians who hold traditional beliefs.
In this episode, I’m joined by Conservative MP Andrew Lawton to break down what happened, why he tried to kill the bill, and what comes next. -
In this episode of Simply Politics, I sit down for an exclusive interview with U.S. Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra.
The interview comes at a critical moment for Canada. With the July 1 deadline for the renewal of CUSMA, known in the United States as USMCA, quickly approaching, Canada appears to be falling behind Mexico in trade negotiations with Washington.
Ambassador Hoekstra raises concerns about Canada’s behaviour in the trade talks and explains what he believes is holding Canada back from securing a deal with the United States.
We discuss CUSMA, free trade, tariffs, Prime Minister Mark Carney’s approach to the U.S., “elbows up” rhetoric, China, anti-Americanism in Canada, and the future of Canada–U.S. relations.
This is one of the most important interviews of the year, and it comes at a time when Canada’s relationship with its closest ally and largest trading partner may be at a turning point. -
politics, and the Liberals should be worried.
Young Canadians are becoming one of the most conservative age groups in the country, and if that trend continues, it could reshape Canadian politics for decades.
In this episode, I sit down with Sarah Dotzert, co-founder of Unify Action, to discuss why Gen Z is shifting right, what’s happening on campuses, and her lifetime ban from the University of Guelph.
