I will be discussing how I implement sustainable strategies for my clients. If interested, you can register here: https://events.etf-webinars.com/sustainable-investing/  ****

    5)  Can you breakdown the positives and negatives of 529 accounts vs a regular investment account for my kids?

    6)  My brother-in-law told me that my portfolio is not structured appropriately. I've been primarily invested in tech stocks and just bought the Bitcoin ETF, so my performance has been outstanding. If I've been doing so well I must be invested correctly. Is there any merit at all to his view point?

    7)  I have all boys and I’m afraid that if I don’t build a guest room suite my future daughters-in-law won’t feel comfortable at my house and my kids will never come visit. It’s expensive. Is it a worthwhile investment?

    8)  Why don’t you invest in private markets?

    9)  Someone told me I should open a Roth IRA for my kids. What are the benefits of this?

10)I’m looking at getting started in the financial advisory business. I got an offer from a group within one of the big firms. It’s run by a father and son team. 11) I’m getting married soon. Second marriage, but I'm still relatively young. My spouse has 100k of student debt. I don’t have debt. Will this cause issues?

    1.   Why the most important financial decision most people will make is who they decide to marry.

    2.   This week’s money quote from Chris Rock about wealth

    3.   What would be the pros and cons of purchasing equal weighted amounts of the 11 stock market sectors and rebalancing your portfolio each year rather than just indexing the total market or the S&P 500?

    4.   I just earned 57% on a real estate deal. I invested 50k and made 20k in 3 years. If I can get one of these homerun deals every so often even with a few duds along the way (which is pretty much guaranteed) why on god's green earth would I ever invest in the market?

    5.   I’m 38 years old and should be a millionaire in a few years. Once I become a millionaire can I retire?

    6.   I can buy the cheapest house in a super upscale neighborhood or the nicest house in a more modest neighborhood. The way I see it there are pros and cons to both. What are your thoughts?

    7.   Are annuities a good investment?

    8.   There are many ways to invest in real estate. Can you quickly go through them and what you would recommend?

    9.   I live in a low cost and low tax state. We just went on vacation in an expensive and high tax state and loved the amenities and natural beauty. Is it unwise to give up such a cheap and financially manageable cost of living to move to an expensive state?

    10. I just read that illegal migrants are getting more in benefits than folks on SNAP. It seems like the system is set up to reward those who don’t play by the rules. What are your thoughts?

    11. I don’t have much money to contribute to retirement at this present time and whatever money you would be contributing is not allowed by a scholarship committee. Is there a legal way to contribute to a retirement plan not in your name (for example a parent) which could make you the custodian at a later date?

    12. I have 150k in an investment account. Should I liquidate it to build a pool?

Today, we will discuss will “CRTs as “Stretch IRA” Substitutes” featuring Evan Unzelman, Chief Executive Officer of CRT Experts LLC based in Leesburg, Virginia.

Today’s show will cover how without proper planning, the SECURE Act requires heirs to withdraw and pay tax on an inherited IRA within ten years. If implemented correctly, designating a charitable remainder trust or CRT, as the beneficiary of an existing IRA creates more lifetime spendable income for heirs, reduces income taxes during the crucial ten years following the client’s death, and maximizes overall family wealth. We will discuss how it works, which clients benefit most, and how the planning is implemented.

    8) What’s your advice if the market crashes in 2024?

    9) If one has the cash flow to max out their retirement accounts, is there ever any reason not to?

    11) My advisor switched firms and the new guy who took over the account is telling me my account has been mismanaged. Should I stay behind with the new advisor or move with my old one?

But SLATs are not only for clients worth $10-$50+ million seeking to use exemption, the SLAT technique can be adapted to be a valuable planning tool for the mass affluent client worth $2-10 million. This discussion will cover how to modify SLAT planning and capture benefits for this large group of clients. 5)   What are your thoughts on tackling a bucket list in retirement?

    6)   It seems like the market has a major correction every so often. What’s the downside of accumulating cash and waiting to invest only during these frequent more crashes?

    7)   Your videos are cute but super unprofessional. Aren’t you concerned about coming off as amateurish?

    8)   Bitcoin ETF: How much should I invest in it? I know you will say nothing, but I’m a big believer in the asset class. What do you recommend?

    9)   I can only afford to go away once a year. What is more impressive to go away for Succos, Yeshiva week, or pesach?
