In today’s episode, I open up about my mental health struggles. Anxiety and depression started in elementary school for me. However, I was not aware I was struggling. My issues grew bigger and bigger, so I resorted to prescription medication. It helped me for a short time, but it quickly turned dark.I hit rock bottom and realized I had to change my lifestyle. I cannot continue living like this. So that's what I did. My lifestyle completely changed for the better, which helped me heal mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

In today’s episode, I talk about people pleasing. I have had a hard time knowing the difference between "people pleasing" and "kindness." Excessive people-pleasing is exhausting and can leave you feeling empty. Understanding why I please people has helped me heal old, open wounds that I had no idea were still affecting me. I am still a work in progress, but I have learned how to stop people pleasing so much. I share a few things that have personally helped me on my journey.
