I'm excited to share my current go-to favorites with you. These include my top protein powder pick (after trying numerous brands), the best flavor combos, and the most enjoyable ways to consume them!
Here are my top recipes at the moment:
Combo #1:
- 1/3 cup Arbonne Essential Meal Protein Powder (chocolate)- 8 oz Almond Milk (or your preferred nut milk or water)- 1 cup frozen cherry berry mix (my choice is from Aldi)- 1 cup frozen kale greens (they're undetectable, I freeze a fresh bag)- 1 TBSP Almond Butter (delicious!)- 4-5 ice cubes and a splash more water if needed
